The Manutuke Trust was established to ensure the Character of the kura is maintained and not diminished. 

The role of the Manutuke Trust is one of review and monitoring and working with the Manutuke School Board, and helping where possible, to ensure that the School is in alignment to the Special Character. 

This would include documentation for the Ministry that has a direct bearing on the Special Character.

Under section 156AA(3A) of the Act, The Manutuke Trust IS NAMED as having a special affiliation with the school/responsibility for the different character of the school.
